Training Programme for Dentists A 2-year structured dental training programme with ORE, UK Licensing Exam coaching

ABOUT IMSTP EDU.

IMSTP Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. is a dedicated medical education organization that bridges the gap between Indian medical and dental graduates and international postgraduate training pathways, particularly those aligned with the UK Royal Colleges. Through structured hospital partnerships across India, IMSTP EDU offers hands-on clinical training, academic mentorship, and exam-focused support for qualifications such as MRCS, MRCP, MRCOG, MRCPCh, MRCPsych, MRCEM, FRCR MFDS, and FRCPath.
The programs are designed to meet Royal College, UK standards, offering rotations in NABH-accredited hospitals, competitive stipends, guidance for GMC portfolio development and ARCP compliance. With a focus on making global certification accessible and career-ready, IMSTP Edu supports Indian doctors and dentists in achieving international clinical excellence and employability.

PROGRAMME DELIVERY

Our programme is delivered through a structured and outcome-based model that combines supervised clinical training, academic mentorship, and international exam preparation. Trainees are placed in NABH-accredited hospitals where they undergo hands-on clinical rotations across core departments under the supervision of senior consultants. In parallel, they participate in weekly live academic sessions, OSCE/mock exam practice, and case-based discussions tailored to Royal College examination formats. All academic activities are supported through a dedicated digital platform that offers access to recorded lectures, clinical resources, reading materials, and self-assessment tools. A key component of the programme is e-portfolio development, where each trainee is guided in maintaining UK-standard documentation, including clinical logbooks, reflective writing, workplace-based assessments (WPBAs), and CPD records—ensuring readiness for ARCP reviews and GMC-aligned progression.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To enrol in the MFDS (UK) training programme conducted by IMSTP Edu, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a DCI-recognized dental institution in India. Registration with the Dental Council of India (DCI) or the relevant State Dental Council (NDC) is mandatory and must be valid at the time of enrolment. Final-year BDS students may be considered on a provisional basis, subject to submission of their registration and degree certificate prior to clinical postings.
The MFDS consists of Part 1 and Part 2 exams. Candidates will normally be allowed a maximum of five years in which to complete all parts, but will need to pass Part 1 before progressing to Part 2.
